Shipping & Returns

--If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a difference with your order , please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an e- mail or in online. We will then provide you with further instructions. If the returning package does not include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.

--We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of the original date of shipment of the order. Please contact us with your order number and our customer service will help you . If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer. We do not cover the shipping costs of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling of shipping the exchanged items back to you.

--Should you wish to cancel an order, in most cases you have the legal right to do this within 7 working days of receiving the order. However, this does not apply to certain products such as audio/video recordings or computer software which has been unsealed and all personalized items and perishable goods.If you wish to cancel, you must inform us in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days following the day you received the goods and you must also take reasonable care of the goods.
